Bangkok - Extending its influence in Dubai, Dusit International proudly announces that the company has entered into an agreement with the Sharaf Group, a business house in the U.A.E encompassing businesses in diverse fields of shipping, industrial, electronics, retail, logistics, information technology and the travel and tourism business; for a Dusit Princess hotel in City Centre Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The management agreement was signed in January this year by the representatives Mr. Sharafuddin Sharaf, Vice Chairman of Sharaf Group of U.A.E and Mr. Chanin Donavanik CEO, Dusit International. Located in a prime area of City Centre Deira, the hotel is 5 minutes away from Dubai International Airport, Dubai Airport Expo Centre, Dubai Creek golf course designed by Ernie Els and walking distance from one of the largest malls in Dubai. It is the centre of many business and cultural precincts of Dubai. Dusit Princess City Centre Dubai is situated in the main street, with prime visibility between Dubai and Sharjah city. Scheduled to open in August 2009, the hotel will have 120 rooms and suites, an all day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, gymnasium, swimming pool with jacuzzi and bar. Additional facilities include exclusive meeting rooms, a business centre, beauty salon, travel agent, rent a car and a souvenir shop.
