Bronze Medal, Pattaya City Culinary Cup 2011

A kitchen team from dusitD2 chiang mai led by Executive Chef Chalong Sakkapalangkul and Pastry Chef Tanaporn Ramsoognern achieved a bronze medal in the Pattaya City Gourmet Seafood Challenge. The event was held in conjunction with Pattaya Food & Hoteliers Expo 2011 in Pattaya City on 5-7 August. 14 teams from 10 countries around the world took part.
