Pattaya, Thailand – dusitD2 baraquda pattaya led by Mr. Michael Ganster, Hotel Manager, celebrated ‘Staff of the 3rd Quarter’ with a friendly and fun competition, together with staff birthday party as the internal activities to reward hotel’s staff.

Mr. Sittichai Saosrinak (Mung), Senior Steward, was the winner of the ‘Staff of the 3rd Quarter’ award as he has demonstrated exceptional level of performance and displayed high loyalty toward the organisation.

Apart from the friendly competition and birthday party, the staff also joined a meaningful activity called smiles 2 share, a charity auction held by dusitD2 baraquda pattaya’s executives to help raise funds for ‘Dusit Smiles’ which benefits the Operation Smile foundation to help children with facial deformities.

“All of the staff had a laugh while bidding on their desired items such as skin care products, dinning voucher, clothes and many more, donated by our hotel executives. We managed to raise altogether THB 5,630 which shows that everyone at dusitD2 baraquda pattaya not only spreads their love and care to the guests and colleagues, but also to other people in our community.
