Certified by the American Culinary Federation, Chef Martin Velasco Trojan has traveled the world over and now takes over the kitchen at BASIX, Dusit Thani Manila’s all-day dining restaurant, in a limited two-week engagement to create an exclusive Peruvian degustation menu which will be highlighted amidst a wide array of other international favorites from January 14-28 for buffet lunch and dinner.
