DUSIT SMILES FOR OPERATION SMILE PHILIPPINES. Dusit Thani Manila recently inks a memorandum of agreement with Operation Smile Philippines in organizing fund raising initiatives to continuously support medical missions and provide reconstructive surgery and related healthcare to indigent Filipino children and young adults with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities. Project line-up for 2010 includes In-Room Donation Envelopes, DFiT’s 3K Run for a Cause, Children’s Menu, Gala Benefit Dinner and the First Mile, all encouraging participation from both hotel guests and employees.

Dusit Thani Manila general manager Prateek Kumar shares, ”We strongly support Operation Smile’s advocacy on treating childhood facial deformity and giving the gift of cleft surgery. We appeal on your generous hearts. Please join us in this worthy cause. Let’s give wellness a different facet, heal children’s smiles and transform lives one child at a time”.
