Father's day Essay Writing Contest at Dusit Thani Manila

This whole month of May, Dusit Thani Manila sets the stage to all children aged 15 below as they pour their appreciation to the world’s most unsung heroes – our dads through an essay writing contest.

With the theme “Why is your dad the best dad in the world?”, share heartwarming stories of the amazing things he’s done for you. Essays must be handwritten and composed in English using a minimum of 200 words with a photograph of the author with the ‘best dad’.

Entries will be judged on theme and substance, originality and creativity, and writing style and composition. The authors of the three best entries will receive fantastic prizes including an overnight stay at one of Dusit Thani’s newly refurbished Grand Rooms with a complimentary breakfast buffet and a special Sunday Crossover Brunch. Plus! All qualified entries will be displayed at the lobby of Dusit Thani Manila from June 20 to June 30, 2010.

Deadline for submission of entries is on June 10, 2010. Interested participants must secure their entries in an envelope and properly label it with their full name, address and contact details.
