Meaning "born of nature", UMU boasts not only the freshest ingredients but also takes pride in its award-winning interiors designed by the Design Worldwide Partnership (DWP) using only the finest materials and state-of-the-art amenities.

Serving an exquisite range of traditional Japanese dishes. UMU features live cooking and preparation stations that include the Sushi Counter, Robata Counter and four Teppanyaki tables.

UMU was one of the top four finalists of the Best Design Award for Best Restaurant Category in the Hotel World Global Hospitality Design Awards in Las Vegas. The restaurant seats a total of 226 persons in 1,000 square metres of area and houses the following:

• Dining room for up to 42 guests
• 4 Teppanyaki tables
• 3 Tatami rooms for up to 14 guests
• Robata bar area seating 8 guests

• Robata and Sushi area seating up to 44 guests
