Dusit Thani Pattaya

Dusit Thani Pattaya accomplishes more CSR efforts

To show its support to maintaining a sustainable beach condition in the resort city, Dusit Thani Pattaya and many other business establishments have joined Thai Airways International (TG) in its CSR Campaign ‘Love the Sea Save the Beach’, part of the 53rd anniversary celebrations of Thailand’s national flag carrier. The event was put together by the Tourism Authority of Thailand and other TG business associates, and was attended by Pattaya deputy mayor Ronnakit Ekasingh, Thai celebrity model Pancake Khemanit and other VIP sponsors. TG executives told the media that the campaign was aimed at raising awareness on the importance of keeping the beaches in Pattaya clean and helping improve its surrounding for the benefit of the future generation.

The resort also organised a blood donation project for the Thai Red Cross Society in which staff and management turned up to give their contribution. The campaign aims to help 65 million Thais across the country as the organization marks its 120th year anniversary. The charity drive is also carried out in celebration of HM the King's 86th birthday in December this year. The hotel’s charity project was a success with a total of 59 bags of donation handed over to the Thai Red Cross Society.

Dusit Thani Pattaya is joined by Pattaya deputy mayor Ronnakit Ekasingh as he and hotel GM Chatchawal Supachayanont lead the staff in kicking off  the CSR campaign of Thai Airways International dubbed ‘Love the Sea Save the Beach’ following a small ceremony held at the hotel’s Chaba Beach on Wednesday, 8 May 2013.
