Christmas Eve Celebration at The Point

Some 200 guests joined Dusit Thani Pattaya as the five-star resort celebrated Christmas Eve at The Point, its extended terrace that affords the panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam. The occasion has been a tradition delightfully welcomed by guests that come from far and wide to celebrate the night before Christmas.

Highlights included a musical show from two of Thailand’s best impersonators: Ms. Kannika Areesamarn belting out a powerful performance of Tina Turner’s hits and Mr. Jaruk Viriyakit who described his repertoire as a fusion of Tom Jones, Engelbert Humperdinck and Elvis Presley. The hotel’s dance group, The Honeybees added to the magical colour of the night with their stunning presentation while more musical entertainment was provided by The Hearthrobs, the hotel’s resident musicians.

The merriment also featured an extensive buffet with traditional Christmas trimmings and other international cuisine, an exciting acrobat show, non-stop dancing, Santa’s moments with the kids and of course, the lucky draws that gave away fabulous prizes, including the grand prize of roundtrip tickets for two to Chiang Mai, courtesy of Thai Airways International with two-nights’ stay at the Royal Princess Chiang Mai.
