Throughout October, Executive Chef Adrian W. O’Herlihy features a medley of refined Maine Lobster dishes. Highly recommended are Lobster & Guacamole Salad with Vodka-scented tomato sauce, bouquet of organic baby greens, Dijon sherry vinaigrette at THB 1,260; Poached Lobster on Asparagus & Cepe Risotto and Cognac-scented lobster sauce at THB 1,290; Maine Lobster with Corn Veloute & Washington State Oysters garnished with fresh arugula, spicy chilli butter, roasted red pepper & buttermilk mashed potatoes at THB 1,270 and Lobster Negroni, the Chef’s special recipe based on the famous Negroni cocktail – also known as lobster flambéed in gin, vermouth & Campari, finished with cream and butter, with black truffle-porcini risotto at THB 1,290.
