“Culinary Germany” is synonymous with prize-winning specialties, fabulous wines and excellent German beers. In Germany, each region has its own typical products and is inextricably linked with these distinctive dishes.

We will present to you “Culinary Germany” in a fun and enthusiastic carnival-like concept. The series of delicious regional dishes will be featured our visiting Guest Chef Matthias Klauser from Germany, who will present regional dishes at our Pavilion restaurant for lunch and dinner buffet, including , “Schmankerl” cuisine at our very own “Gourmet & Wine Tent” in front of the iconic hotel and of course “Feinschmecker Kueche” in the form of gastronomic menus at our award winning D’sens restaurant.
