The menu includes Cape Sante con Rucola e Pomodori Secchi with sea scallops and sun-dried tomato-arugula sauce, sautéed fragrant leaf spinach & rosemary roasted potatoes & aged balsamic vinegar at THB 690; Merluzzo Condito con Purè di Pastinaca, Scalogno Confit e Salsa al Vino Rosso with peppered cod fillet with parsnip puree, shallot confit and red wine sauce at THB 550; Coda di Rospo al Forno in Crosta di Prezzemolo con Spinaci e Limone with baked monkfish in a parsley crust with spinach & lemon at THB 730; Tonno Saltata con Ceci e Purea di Melanzane, Vinaigrette di Pomodoro with seared tuna with chickpea-eggplant puree, tomato vinaigrette at THB 560 and Pollo Cacciatore accompanied with Braised chicken, hunter's style with cremini mushrooms, fresh rosemary, capers & red wine at THB 450.
