Guests at the Lobby Lounge can go Gallic with snacks from Lyonnaise bistro cuisine while sipping their favourite drinks and listening to live music. The culinary treats include:

• Soupe à l'Oignon Gratineé Louis XV: Lion's head crock of gratinated French onion soup with baguette crouton & Gruyere cheese (THB 190)
• Croque-Madame: The traditional baked ham & cheese sandwich with a fried egg on top (THB 250)
• Quiche Lorraine: Bacon & onion quiche with Emmenthal cheese (THB 270)
