Tantalise your palates with your preferred Phuket Lobster preparation, available throughout November. The available dishes include, among others:

• Stir-fried Phuket lobster with black pepper sauce, red chilli, yellow & green bell pepper, shallot, button mushrooms & baby okra at THB 1,590

• Poached Phuket Lobster, a medley of tropical fruit with sweet salad cream, papaya, mango, pineapple & dragon fruit at THB 1,500

• Wok-fried Phuket Lobster with young ginger, spring onion & crispy egg noodles, button mushrooms, young garlic & carrot julienne at THB 1,520
