O'Herlihy will take you to new levels of seafood culinary pleasure with his Baltic Turbot creations, boasting an exemplary variety that includes Pan-seared Baltic Turbot with Iberian Ham, corn & spring onion potato cake, English pea puree & chive emulsion at THB 1,200; Grilled Baltic Turbot with Orange-Hazelnut Reduction with Gratin Dauphinoise potatoes, Savoy cabbage timbale, crisp parsnip chip at THB 1,200; Crepe Parmentier with Baltic Turbot & Caviar with Lemon-shallot butter sauce, fragrant leaf spinach & tomato concassee at THB 1,500 and Sautéed Baltic Turbot with Spiced Foie Gras, grapefruit confit, fig & beetroot puree & grapefruit emulsion at THB 1,400.
