Fantastic Fusion at Benjarong

Dusit Thani Bangkok’s signature Thai restaurant Benjarong will offer a special fusion of the finest Australian lamb combined with all the elegance and zing of authentic Thai cuisine this March. Available from 11-24 March only, diners will surely be mesmerised by the tasteful blend of succulent meat cooked to perfection with a tasty Thai touch.

The special fusion menu will feature a playful range of dishes, including Grilled Lamb Chops with Black Pepper and Lemongrass; Papaya Salad with Grilled Lamb; Fried Lamb with Thai herbs and chilli; and Grilled Lamb Chops with Massaman Sauce.
