Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket hosts Dusit International’s Food & Beverage Conference and Workshop “Play to Win”
Phuket, Thailand – Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket, in collaboration with the Food & Beverage leaders of Dusit International, held the first ever Dusit International Food & Beverage Conference and Workshop during 3–5 September 2013. Over 25 Food & Beverage managers, directors and executive chefs gathered from across the world in Phuket, Thailand.
The conference’s theme was “Play to Win,” featuring the company’s latest Food & Beverage innovations and inspirations for presentation, quality, service and style. Led by Dusit International’s Group Director of Food & Beverage Mr Joseph Polito and Business Development Director of Food Division Ms Elena Broms, along with Executive Chef of Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket Mr Silvano Amolini and his dynamic team, the conference included esteemed supplier exhibits, product showcases, coffee break design themes, as well as presentations from various industry leaders and professionals.
The hands-on workshops were designed to further strengthen the company’s overall Food & Beverage vision, to craft exceptional Food & Beverage programmes, as well as successfully promote Food & Beverage at the hotel level through social media channels.
