Chef Adrian W. O’Herlihy invites you to sample the culinary jewel of the eastern Atlantic, while savouring the mild and sweet flavour of this choice European seafood. Menu includes:
- Fillets of Dover Sole with Chardonnay, Tomato Concassee & Tarragon: Poached fillets of sole with white wine, cream, tomato dice, fresh tarragon, parsley & butter, served with crisp-fried potato baskets, broccoli florets & baby carrots at THB 2,300
- Poached Fillets of Dover Sole with Mussel Fricassee, Chanterelles & Arugula: Poached fillets of sole with white wine, with a fricassee of New Zealand mussels, chanterelles & arugula, accompanied by buttermilk mashed potato at THB 2,400
- Turbans of Dover Sole & Hor Mok Talay: Baked fillets of Dover sole with Savoy cabbage packages of lightly spiced Thai seafood mousse, served with the traditional ‘chu chee’ mild red curry sauce. The dish is accompanied by sautéed fragrant leaf spinach and coriander mashed potato at THB 2,450
