Situation Update: Phuket province has not been affected by the Thailand floods.

Over the past few weeks, seasonal monsoon rains that are heavier than usual have resulted in widespread flooding in Thailand. However, Phuket and other provinces in the south of Thailand have not been affected by the floods and almost all remain operate the business. The floods have to date mainly affecting the provinces in central Thailand and a few provinces in the North and Northeast.
The islands main gateway, Phuket International Airport has not been affected by the floods and is operating as usual. Provinces in southern and eastern Thailand remain fully accessible by air, road and train.
