‘HOKKAIDō’ - Featuring large scallops native to Sarufutsu, Hokkaidō, Northeast Japan
In October, diners will get the chance to experience the soft and velvety texture of Hokkaidō scallops with a variety of flavours in such dishes as Stir-fried Hokkaidō Scallops with XO Sauce, broccoli florets & black mushrooms at THB 790; Grilled Hokkaidō Scallops, Cantonese Style with snow peas, pea sprouts, soya sauce & spring onion at THB790; Wok-fried Hokkaidō Scallops with a medley of Chinese fruit - black mushrooms, button mushrooms, gingko nuts, chillies, bell pepper & jujube at THB 750 and Stir-fried Hokkaidō Scallops with young peppercorns & hot basil chillies, black mushrooms & spicy chilli paste at THB 770.
