Throughout December, indulge in a speciality menu featuring the most talked about Monkfish dishes, such as Grilled Monkfish with Black Pepper Sauce & Egg Noodles with red chilli, yellow & green bell pepper, shallot & button mushrooms at THB 650; Steamed Monkfish, Cantonese Style with Black mushroom, spring onion, pickled Chinese cabbage, red chilli & cashew nuts with soya sauce at THB 650; Baked Monkfish with Tofu in a Casserole with Mixed Chinese herbs, spring onion, coriander root, young ginger & young garlic at THB 680 and Stir-fried Monkfish, Shanghai Style with Three colour capsicums, red onion, sweet carrot, button mushrooms & Shanghai sauce at THB 680.
