New Italian Chef – Daniele Bettini

Dusit Thani Bangkok, recently appointed Daniele Bettini as Chef de Cuisine of il cielo Italian restaurant.

Italian national Danielle Bettini brings with him over 15 years experience in the restaurant business, including Chef de Partie of the esteemed Restaurant De Pisis in Venice and Senior Sous Chef of The ilLido Group FORLINO Restaurant in Sentosa, Singapore.

Prior to joining Dusit Thani Bangkok, Danielle was Chef de Cuisine at Singapore’s popular Italian restaurant Zaffiro, taking charge of restaurant operations from September 2011.
