Enjoy one of the world’s best culinary experiences right here at Dusit Thani Bangkok.  Michelin-star Chef Philippe Bohrer is taking time out from his Michelin-star Au Crocodile restaurant in Strasbourg to inspire guests at D’Sens French restaurant with his unique world-class cuisine.

Having developed his culinary skill with the greatest French masters, Chef Philippe served as the private chef of two former French Presidents, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing and François Mitterand.

From 30 November to 5 December, experience Chef Philippe’s legendary creations with an exclusive 4-course lunch including Marinated Salmon Fillet with Poppy Seeds, Roasted Pigeon Breast with Glazed Baby Carrots, Caraway and Jus Arabica, and a 5- or 7- course dinner including Blue Lobster Salad with Custard, Celery Remoulade and Ginger or Pan Seared Halibut Viennoise with Lemon Confit and Bay Prawn Waffles with Cuttlefish Ink and Jus Biscayan.

  • Lunch: 4-course THB 1,500++
  • Dinner: 5-course THB 2,600++, 7-course THB 3,100++.
