Supporting Christophe this visit will be Chef Philippe Keller, our Executive SousChef and our very own Chef de Cuisine JulienLavigne.

Lunch: A 4-course set menu by Chef Julienin “Brasserie Theme” (THB 1,600 net)
Dinner: Gaya Wine Dinnerwith exquisite 5-course menu by Chef Philippe, Chef Julienand Chef Christophe in “Brasserie Theme”(THB 5,550 net).
18thMarch
Lunch: A 4-course set menu by Chef Julien (THB 1,600 net)
Dinner: 4-course and 6-course tasting menu by all Chief (THB 2,500 net and THB 3,500 net respectively).
19thMarch
Lunch: A 6-course set menu by Chef Christophe (THB 1,950 net)
Dinner: Gala Cocktail in “Brasserie Theme” by all Chefs and accompanied by DJ Night (for booking THB 1,200 net and at the door THB 1,500 net).

In addition a “French High Tea” at the Lobby Lounge will be served between the 17th–19thMarch to complement these events.
