DFIT INTRODUCES FOUR NEW WORK-OUT OPTIONS!

Turn your fitness intentions into action with DFiT’s four newly launched BodyCombat, BodyAttack, Cycle Spinning and Zumba classes!


BODYATTACK
BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.


BODYCOMBAT
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way.

This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.


CYCLE SPINNING
CYCLE SPINNING is our indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn up to 620 calories a workout and get fit fast.

Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a Cycle Spinning class today.


ZUMBA FITNESS
ZUMBA FITNESS is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere.

While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.
