Chef Paul Then Seh Chon Brings Singaporean Style to Bangkok

Dusit Thani Bangkok is delighted to reveal that Chef Paul Then Seh Chon will return to The Pavilion all-day buffet restaurant and The Mayflower Chinese restaurant between 25 November and 1 December 2013.
The talented chef from Singapore is renowned for his exciting fusions of fine dining street food and has won numerous awards throughout his stellar career. Now based in Singapore, Chef Paul is returning for his second term as Guest Chef due to popular demand after his exciting first spell in 2012.
Many of Chef Paul special dishes will be available as add-on items to The Pavilion's extensive buffet options, and he will also mastermind a selection of dishes for Dusit Thani Bangkok's Chinese restaurant The Mayflower.
