Dusit Thani Bangkok’s exceptional Italian restaurant il cielo is proud to reveal news of a special Hamachi menu this April. Renowned as one of the most inspirational and inventive chefs in Asia, Daniel Bettini has crafted a unique menu fusing Japanese Yellowtail fish with some authentic Italian flavours for diners delight.
Available from 15-23 April, the fascinating fusion menu includes Hamachi Roll with Crab served with Guacamole Sauce and Trout Roe; Hamachi Carpaccio with Sundried Tomato, Black Olive Kalamata and Aromatic Leaf; and Pan-fried Hamachi with Sautéed Organic Spinach, Lobster Bisque Sauce and Shell Fish Ragout.
