Hokkaido King Scallops at The Mayflower

Dusit Thani Bangkok has the pleasure to announce a new guest star on the menu of The Mayflower restaurant, one of the premier Cantonese restaurants in the City of Angels. For a limited time in June, the talented chefs of The Mayflower will shine the culinary spotlight on Hokkaido King Scallops as they prepare a wide variety of Cantonese and Chinese classics using the ocean gem as the feature ingredient.
Gastronomes of Bangkok will be able to select from some tantalizing options on the special menu, including classics such as Stir-fried Hokkaido Scallops with Ginger and Honey Sauce; Crispy Hokkaido Scallops with Dried Chilli in Sweet and Sour Sauce; and Stir-fried Hokkaido Scallops with Fresh Asparagus, Needle Mushrooms and Sichuan Chilli.
The special dishes will be on The Mayflower’s menu from 10-24 June, and will be available for THB 1,500++ per dish. Bank of China cardholders will receive a 50% discount.
