From 1 until 29 February 2012, Dusit Thani's Hamilton's Steak House will be constructing burgers to fulfil the dreams of the world's most ardent meat lovers.
The mere description of what's on offer is enough to halt the attention: Hamilton's burger with pan-fried duck liver, port wine sauce, cajun potato skins and seasonal vegetables, Is just one of several mouth watering creations on offer to diners.
Styled on the 1920's New York, Hamilton's Steak House remains amongst Bangkok's pre-eminent steak house venues and during the month of February will be pushing the boundaries of what's possible for the once humble burger.
