Chef Amit will be responsible for the vegetarian cuisine prepared throughout the hotel’s award-winning outlets and Indian cuisine options available for functions, banquets, events, buffets and outside catering options.
Born in Mumbai, India, Chef Amit has a wealth of professional expertise which he fine-tuned during a five years at Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he rose to the rank of Sous Chef. Chef Amit is excited to bring his talented touch to the Thai capital, offering his native knowledge to enhance the already excellent Indian offerings available through Dusit Thani Bangkok’s Outside Catering.
