May is the month for meat lovers in Bangkok!
Dusit Thani Bangkok has revealed special new menus featuring wonderful Wagyu beef at the traditional Thai restaurant Benjarong from 9-24 May and also at Thien Duong, the hotel's premium Vietnamese venue, from 6-31 May.
Both the delightful fusion menus use prime cuts of succulent Wagyu beef as the show-stopping ingredient in their authentic dishes, pairing the imported meat perfectly with tangy taste and sublime spices of Southeast Asian cooking.
Dishes on the fabulous new Benjarong menu include the spicy Fried Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper; the irresistible Grilled Wagyu Beef with Lemongrass Sauce; the refreshing Wagyu Beef Salad with Mint and Thai herbs; classical Fried Wagyu Beef in Oyster Sauce; and Fried Wagyu Beef with Young Peppercorn, Yellow Chilli Paste and Sweet Basil Leaf. Dishes start from just THB 1,350++.
The intriguing new menu at Thien Duong includes a veritable bounty of delectable dishes, including Sautéed Wagyu Beef with Mint Sauce; Grilled Wagyu Beef topped with Vietnamese Lemon Sauce; and the fresh Wagyu Beef Salad with Garlic Sauce served Vietnamese style.
