Les Clefs d’Or Awards the Prestigious Golden Keys

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Les Clefs d’Or awards the prestigious Golden Keys to Dusit Thani Dubai’s Chief Concierge Arnulfo Guinto for his exceptional performance and enthusiasm in the hotel concierge industry. Recently held this 13 March 2014 in the luxurious Presidential Suite of Dusit Thani Dubai, the ceremony was graced by the presence of Les Clefs d’Or UAE President Charles Ferrer, Les Clefs d’Or representatives, and Dusit Thani Dubai’s Executive Management.

“It is a great privilege to have Mr. Arnulfo Guinto as the newest member of our organisation and the first ambassador of Dusit Thani Hotel Concierge,” says Mr. Charles Ferrer. “He has been superlative in what he does. The entire association believes in him and the hotel, and hereby awards him the Golden Keys as confirmation of his full membership of the Les Clefs d’Ors.”

Les Clefs d’ Or UAE is a global association of professional hotel concierges gathered to ensure five-star customer care in the Gulf Region. With 6 years of uncompromised service, it continues to recognize outstanding concierges under a meticulous board review process. To date, Arnulfo “Arnie” Guinto is one out of 39 strong members in the Gulf.

Originally from Philippines, Arnie Guinto joined Dusit Thani Dubai in 2000. He was awarded with First Class Customer Care in the Concierge Competition for displaying remarkable guest service in 2010. This year, he steps on a new height with the Golden Keys after getting unanimous votes from the membership board of Les Clefs d’Ors.

“We are very proud of Arnie and his achievement,” says Dusit Thani Dubai’s General Manager Prateek Kumar. He adds, “He is truly deserving of this great honour. Everyone who speaks about him, only speaks highly of him – whether it’s a hotel guest, client or a colleague.”
