Anticipate a wider spread with more stations to watch out for at Dusit Thani Dubai’s famed Friday Brunch featuring a delectable feast from dishes across the globe from three of the hotel’s specialty restaurants – Benjarong, PAX Italian and The Californian. This includes the new seafood and Far Eastern counters, more extensive Thai specialties, the Indian and Arabic corners, Peking Duck, Roast Prime Rib and BBQ stations, a Chocolate Fondue – all these amidst your old favorites!

Introducing Issan (Regional Food Promotion)

Located in the northeastern region of Thailand, Issan dishes are mostly served with sticky rice and are characterized by fiery chilies, strong fish sauces, sour bites and flavorful saucy mixture. The very famous Som Tum Pookem Plara (Green papaya salad with salted crab and Thai anchovies) originated from this region.
