Royal Thai Cuisine rules supreme
19 October, 2012
Dusit Thani Dubai's signature restaurant Benjarong and its head chef, Naruemol Poolkuan, have reached the second round of the BBC GoodFood Middle East Awards 2012.
The BBC GoodFood Middle East 2012 awards, the region's most prestigious culinary awards, are helping to set new benchmarks for quality and variety in the industry and are now entirely vote-based for most categories. Thanks to the votes of the Dusit Thani Dubai's loyal guests, we are closer to our goal to keep our acclaimed position amongst the celebrated culinary temples in the Middle East.
Chef Naruemol made it through to the last year’s black box final, cooking for judges from mystery items against three of Dubai’s most outstanding executive chefs. This year she is in line to do the same with the help of our guests’ votes.
We thank all our loyal guests for their continued support and votes which have ensured both Chef Naruemol and Benjarong reach this stage in the competition. We ask for your assistance again to push them through to the finals.
Voting for the awards can be done online at www.bbcgoodfoodme.com/awards/2012/.
