Be ready to be transported to an authentic Filipino Fiesta celebration highlighting the rich gastronomic heritage of Ilocos, Bicol, Cebu and Pampanga from June 9 to 14 for lunch and dinner as it celebrates Filipino Food Festival at Basix.

The hotel’s in house Chefs takes turn as they whip up sumptuous dishes that represent their homeland. Chef JR Borras, who hails from Bicol will let guest savor Chicken Bicol Express na may Ginataang Santol, Tinuktok na Hito and Kinunot na Pagi.

Ilocos on the other hand is well known for its Dinakdakan, Pinapaitan and Tinumis dishes which will be prepared by our Ilocano Chef Welson Agapay. 

Cebuanos will love the Alimango na Ginisa sa Guinamos, Kansi-tadyang ng baka at lanit lanit and Inasal na Manok, prepared by our very own Visayan Chef Gabe de los Santos.

And for the Kapampangan cuisine, guests will get to sample Betute, Sisig Kapampangan and Kilayin amongst others courtesy by Chef Jomar Lucas.

Enjoy the buffet spread of delectable Filipino dishes for only PHP1,550 net for lunch and PHP1,800 net for dinner per person. 50% off for children age 6 to 12 years old while kids age 5 and below dine for free.

And on June 12, guests will be entertained during lunch and dinner as a group of dancers will perform traditional folk dances at the hotel lobby.
