ITS FRUIT AND VEGETABLE CARVING THIS JULY AT BENJARONG ROYAL THAI RESTAURANT

With Benjarong’s cooking classes, guests are shown the meticulous way of food preparation. Chef Suwanna Puangdee shares her techniques this time in carving fruits and vegetables, which is ideal for garnishing and centerpieces.
Each cooking class is priced at PHP1,800 net per person and includes snacks, apron and certificate. Fruit and Vegetable Carving classes will be available all Saturdays of July.
