Choose from a selection of US Angus steaks, Colorado lamb chop, Monkfish tail with pancetta and sage, Sea bass fillet with orange-roasted carrots, Tiger prawns in roasted garlic, and much more. For a complete food and wine experience, sample these exquisite Spanish wines from winemaker Telmo Rodriguez: Dehesa Gago is a full throttle red, with hints of blackberry, blueberry and flowers; not to mention very velvety and balanced with a slight flinty finish. With a light yellowish gold hue, Basa contains spicy aromas of orange, dried pear and tarragon. This white wine is dry and taut, with bitter pear skin and orange pith flavors lifted by tangy acidity. The dry finish shows good clarity and a faint hard edge, with the pear note repeating.
