Located on the lower ground level with extensive views through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the hotel gardens, Square One seats 145 people and is popular amongst local shoppers and residents in addition to hotel guests.
The food emphasis is on fresh, healthy dishes with a selection of regional Thai specialities and cuisines from the Mediterranean and California. Open from 6 am to midnight, Square One serves an all-day a la carte, with buffets also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Sunday is family day here, with clowns, games, cartoon characters and lots more for the kiddies. Children under 12 eat at half price.
