Regional Chinese cuisine with an emphasis on fine Cantonese and robust Szechuan styles are prepared by The Chinese Restaurant. Dim sum lunch is served every day, and is very popular, while traditional favourites like Peking Duck, shark fin soup and abalone are amongst the dinner-time specialities.
Located on the lower ground level of the hotel and with a huge glass wall looking out onto the hotel garden, the restaurant is light and spacious. There are a number of private rooms available, and this is very much a meeting place for the local business and residential community.
