Dusit Thani Bangkok’s award-winning chef Surasak Kongsawat will be conducting a “Thai Cooking Class” at the hotel’s Benjarong Royal Thai Cuisine restaurant. If you are a true fan of Thai food and want to discover the secrets of Thai cooking, don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the master.
Chef Surasak has over 18 years experience in Thai cuisine and is presently the Head Chef at Benjarong. In his class, Chef Surasak will share and transfer his proven skills in creating cuisine that had its origins in the kitchens of the Thailand Royal Family.
There will be a class at 2-5 p.m. Monday to Friday for a maximum 10 persons, and minimum two persons, per class. The fee is Bt3,000 -- Bt4,200 if including the “Thai Way of Life Dusit Cookbook”-- per class per person;
The fee includes a 5-course Thai set dinner, a group photo with Chef Surasak, and a certificate. Advance reservation is required.
