Kongju, which translates as “Princess” in the Korean language, has become one of Bangkok’s favourite Korean barbecue restaurants. Located on the second level and accessed from the Lobby by escalator, the restaurant has an outstanding décor of polished wood and the cooking fumes from the individual barbecue stoves are drawn away under the tables by a sophisticated system of pipes. The Korean manager and Thai Korean executive chef have been with Kongju since it opened, and are an intrinsic part of the restaurant’s success story.
