Chiang Mai, Thailand - Moxie restaurant at dusitD2 chiang mai has been listed in Thailand Tatler magazine’s list of “Thailand’s Best Restaurants 2009” amongst the top 200 restaurants throughout the kingdom.
“Having made our debut in the prestigious dining guide in 2007, Moxie has been voted by Thailand Tatler’s discerning readers for its exceptional cuisine and service. Recommended dishes in the guide include D2 appetiser platter, turkey breast salad, mixed salad with D2 dressing, spaghetti with Chiang Mai sausage, salmon teriyaki and baby pork ribs,” said Mr. Chalong Sakkapalangkul, Executive Chef of Moxie restaurant.
Mr. Sakkapalangkul and his culinary team have recently added new Asian dishes to the selection of world cuisines such as wok-fried konyakky noodles with prawn chilli paste, and pan-fried sea bass with truffle scented potato and mushroom coconut cream sauce, while a selection of Peruvian dishes such as escabeche of shrimp tails, and Peruvian style young goat stew have also been added.
Located on the lobby floor of dusitD2 chiang mai, Moxie restaurant is open daily from 6.30am to10.30pm.
