The world-famous travel magazine has recently announced its “World’s Best Awards 2009” which includes the top 40 list for Asia’s best city hotels. Amongst 9 hotels in Thailand, dusitD2 chiang mai is the only one from Chiang Mai which made to the list and ranked number 18. The magazine’s “World’s Best” is based on results of a questionnaire made available online to Travel + Leisure readers of all international editions – Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, China, South Asia and Mexico. Respondents are permitted to complete the survey once, and are screened in an effort to remove responses from travel industry professionals.
