Mr Tan Eng Leong

With over 30 years of experience in human resources management, Mr Tan provides leadership and strategic direction aimed at increasing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

 Mr Tan has held senior leadership roles including the head of human resources for the world’s largest professional services organisation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Singapore. In 2003 he joined Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts as the Group Director of Human Resources, assisting with the planning and implementation of the company’s human resources strategy.
