Decorated with majestic wooden panels crafted under the supervision of experts from the Fine Arts Department, the hotel’s first Thai restaurant was named Sukhothai. Later it became Busarakham restaurant, and since December 1991 Benjarong. While under its current guise the restaurant initially served Royal Thai cuisine, in June 2014 the menu was reimagined to focus on contemporary Thai cuisine, with many delicious surprises.
