Every Friday, Dusit Thani Dubai concocts a delightful surprise for all discerning palates with a centralized buffet from its three specialty restaurants - Benjarong Royal Thai Cuisine, PAX Ristorante & Lounge and The Californian Restaurant. Picturesque views of Burj Khalifa, live cooking stations, cheese station, cold seafood quarter, ice carving centerpiece, live piano music, and cultural Thai performances are amongst the fine dining experiences to look forward to. Having commenced on early 2006, it is amongst the seasoned brunches in Dubai aimed to transform an ordinary lunch out to a fun-packed Friday.

Being in the heart of Dubai with spectacular views of the city and close proximity to the major shopping malls, Dusit Thani Dubai’s Friday Brunch has been a great venue for families, friends, foodies and colleagues who look forward to a unique gastronomic journey on a Friday. The brunch food selection and menus are renewed and improved yearly. Walk-ins and group reservations up to a total of 250 guests are accepted.

Other than PAX's live pasta cooking station, amongst the specialties to watch out for are Arancini (rice ball stuffed with cheese), Smoked chicken lasagna and Veal ossobucco. Meanwhile, Benjarong displays the best of its renowned dishes such as Thai green chicken curry, Fried noodles with prawns, Som tum (Thai papaya salad) and Minced prawns on lemongrass stick served with plum sauce. Furthermore, The Californian, known for its fine International buffet spread, highlights its Themed Nights specials into one big brunch. 

Live entertainment from its cultural Thai performers will entertain every guest throughout the afternoon.. All these, topped with gracious Thai hospitality from its chefs and staff and an endless variety of dishes to choose from.

What’s more, beyond sixty dishes are served every Friday. To be specific, the food feast includes 40+ Main course dishes (central buffet, cold section with chilled fish and seafood, Japanese sushi and maki rolls, and other starters, Indian and Arabic corner, Benjarong (Thai) corner, PAX Italian corner, Far East corner, Pecking Duck Station, BBQ Station, Salad bar, Cheese station, Ice cream station, Dessert counter, Assorted bread station and live cooking stations.

Indeed a true haven to adventurous foodies, it can sate a wide range of palates – Thai, Italian, Indian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Western, International – plus an ice-carving centerpiece with chilled fish, seafood and other starters will welcome you.
