Alfredo’s Steakhouse was recently recognized for its dedication to guest satisfaction as part of the inaugural Excellence in Culinary Arts & Restaurants Awards (ECARA). The best and brightest of Guam's culinary scene gathered for the event which was organized by the Guam Chapter of the American Culinary Federation. Winners were chosen based on a scoring rubric used by a panel of four judges, as well as likes received on social media. ECARA awarded prizes in 11 diverse categories including Chef of the Year, Outstanding Culinary Student of the Year, Food Truck of the Year and Restaurateur of the Year. Recognized as nominees from Dusit Thani this year were Executive Chef Bradley Montgomery, Pastry Chef Katie Lusk and Alfredo’s Manager Calvin Salemi. Dusit Thani Guam Resort is extremely proud of the team at Alfredo’s Steakhouse which has quickly risen to the top amongst Guam’s fine dining restaurants, an accolade further solidified through Trip Advisor where Alfredo’s Steakhouse is ranked number 2 of more than 400 restaurants.
