Aqua welcomes return of exclusive buffet featuring flavors of Northern Thailand

Dusit Thani Guam Resort is excited to welcome the return of Northern Thailand’s famous flavors for a limited time only.

Executive Sous Chef Chalong Sakkapalangkul will serve up specialty dishes from his home country. He is now a permanent member of the Dusit Guam team, coming from dusitD2 and Dusit Princess Chiang Mai.

“It is very exciting to call Guam my home now. I look forward to sharing my culinary talents again and showcasing a variety of dishes in Aqua,” said Chef Chalong.

If you like spicy food, then you will not want to miss out on this chance to take your taste buds on a truly authentic journey like no other. The menu features spicy soft shell crab salad, green mango salad, fried squid, spicy pork, various curries with salmon, beef and fish, classic Thai soups and desserts.

The Northern Thailand promotion kicks off on Thursday, January 17th and will continue through Sunday, January 20th. Dine in Aqua for lunch or dinner where our western station will be transformed into an exclusive Northern Thailand display of culture and flavors.
