Notice of Final Phase Enhancements

Thank you for your loyal and continued support to Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket.


As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and to serve our guests better, please be informed of the final phase of our renovation will commence as per the following schedule:


May 15 – June 30, 2018
  • South Wing Elevator closed for maintenance and upgrade.

  • Our buildings only have 3 levels. The Entrance and Lobby are located on 2nd floor. Therefore, it is only one level to walk up and down to the guest rooms via the stair cases. Porters will assist with luggage on arrival and departure while our Guests Service Team is available 24/7 for any further assistance.


    May 15 – September 30, 2018
  • North Wing (4 Buildings – 90 guestrooms) closed for refurbishment.

  • We have a total of 10 accommodation buildings which total 225 Guest rooms and Suites separated into two wings. The entire North Wing will be closed off to ensure minimum disruption and will not have any effect by the enhancement works in progress. All our guests will be accommodated in the South Wing where all Deluxe rooms and Suites were completely renovated last year.


  • La Trattoria – our award-winning Italian Restaurant next to North Wing closed for an upgrade.

  • Our daily breakfast for Dusit Club / Suites and Pool Villas’ guests will temporarily be served from our Ruen Thai Royal Thai restaurant between 7 AM – 11 AM. This will commence from May 15 onwards. Afternoon tea and Happy Hour club benefits will be arranged at Horizon Lounge. This will also commence from May 19 onwards. The other 4 restaurants will still operate as normal.


    Our resort facilities and services will continue to operate as per normal with uninterrupted regular services. Every effort will be taken to minimize the impact of this plan on our overall guests’ experience.  The above works will be carried out during the day from 8.30 AM – 6 PM only.
