Q: When can I use the one (1) night accommodation voucher?

A: The one (1) night accommodation voucher can be used at any time and is subject to room availability. We recommend that you book in advance to secure room availability.

 

Q: When can I use the accommodation discount voucher?

A: The accommodation discount voucher is valid on weekends and weekdays for any room category for a stay of two (2) consecutive nights only and is subject to room availability.

 

Q: Is it possible to use the one (1) night accommodation and the accommodation discount voucher consecutively?

A: Yes, the one (1) night accommodation and the accommodation discount voucher can be used for a consecutive 3-night stay (please note, however, that the accommodation and discount voucher can only be used subject to room availability).

 

Q: Can I use the one (1) night accommodation voucher during a public holiday?

A: Yes. But it cannot be combined with any promotion or Dusit Gold benefit. We recommend that you book in advance to secure room availability.

 

Q: What is included in the one (1) night accommodation voucher?

A: The voucher includes accommodation for one (1) night for the standard room type including breakfast for 2 persons.

 

Q: Is it possible to upgrade the room type by using the one (1) night accommodation voucher?

A: Please feel free to contact our reservations team to check on the upgrade price and availability.

 

Q: Do the three (3) Food and Beverage cash vouchers have to be used at the same time?

A: The package includes three (3) Food and Beverage cash vouchers valued at THB 1,000 each. You can use these vouchers all at one once or spend them individually. However, the vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

 

Q: How can I buy the Eat & Stay @ Dusit package?
A: Please contact the Eat & Stay @ Dusit Call Centre from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) between 9.00-17.00 hrs.

Q: How can I receive the Eat & Stay @ Dusit package?
A: The voucher package is available for postage only within Thailand (EMS) or self-pick up at Chamchuri Square Building (29th floor) from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) between 9.00-17.00 hrs.

 

Q: How do I settle the payment for the Eat & Stay @ Dusit package?
A: There are 3 options: credit card, cash, and bank transfer.
1) Credit Card: Please contact our call centre during operating hours.
2) Cash: You can settle the payment and pick-up the vouchers at Chamchuri Square Building (29th floor) during operating hours (except public holidays) between 9.00-17.00 hrs.
3) Bank transfer: Please contact our call centre for bank account details during operating hours.
